The 5050 SMD LED
You've probably heard the phrase 5050 chip. The number actually represents the dimensions of the chip in millimeters. The main difference within the 5050 (5x5mm) chip resides three diodes while the 3528 (3.5x2.8mm) chip only contains one.
Remember that LED's are not made equal. Quality begins from the semiconductor process all the way through to the potting and binning process. Our LED's are created with the highest manufacturing standards providing a consistent product you can count on.
